These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drape Theory website, client portal, and our garment manufacturing and related services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Drape Theory Clothing Company is a custom garment manufacturing business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, operating under its parent firm, 4 Pillars Clothing Company. We hold GST, IEC, and Udyam registrations and ISO certification.
Payment milestones, methods, and currency are specified in your quotation or pro-forma invoice. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Every order passes through our multi-stage quality inspection before dispatch. Claims regarding defects or shortages must be raised in writing within a reasonable period of receiving the goods, with supporting photographs, so we can investigate and resolve them fairly.
Delivery terms (such as EXW, FOB, or CIF) are agreed per order. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Designs, artwork, tech packs, and brand assets you supply remain your property, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We will not reproduce your designs for any other client. The Drape Theory name, branding, and website content remain our property.
Portal credentials are personal to your business. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the security of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
